Returns

All sales are final. Pieces are made-to-order using limited materials. Because of this process, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.

Damages If an object arrives damaged, please email holaearthw.orm@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery for a repair or refund.

Variations Slight variations in color and texture are inherent to the materials and are not considered defects.
